Controversy surrounds sweeping 'safe neighborhoods' measure - PROP. 6 BACKER FACES POSSIBLE PRISON TERM

"The measure was crafted as a crusading effort to fight gangs by the authors of 'Three Strikes' and 'Jessica's Law.' Its major financial backer has since been saddled with a 21-count federal indictment that also includes accusations of lies, fraud and conspiracy. The U.S. Attorney's Office reports that during a flight on his private plane, the embattled billionaire and others exhaled so much marijuana smoke that the pilot was forced to don an oxygen mask. This is totally outrageous. A BILLION dollars. Well, Lets enact more ineffective legislation. How about the Adam Walsh Amendment (AWA) also known as SORNA. What little funding any state might have received, has been drastically cut. Leaving states which implement the Adam Walsh Act to ask all the residents of the state to agree to pay MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF DOLLARS TO FUND THE legislation, and only get back a few thousand dollars.

California must spend a MINIMUM of $59,287,816 in order to save 721,935. Just for starters!!!!!

More laws passed that actually put children and society in danger. Who are these knuckle heads that don't use experts in the field before they pass these ineffective laws???

Go here: www.cfcoklahoma and read the article, "Federal Domestic Spending Bill Cuts Crime Funding Program by 67 Percent," and see for yourself.

Our country is in a near economic collapse. We cannot affore these ineffective laws. Once they are passed, we are in real trouble. More prisons, more government control of your family. Say goodby to the constitution and Bill of Rights. Forever.
